Products 

All our pieces are handmade and one-of-a-kind. Designs, sizes and shapes will vary, each piece is unique! They are not factory made, and will not look like they are. They are shaped, cut, dyed, designed, painted, marbled all by hand and meant to look that way. Perfectly imperfect with natural wear and we love them just like that.

We will do our best to describe, measure and photograph each piece thoroughly and accurately.

We use sustainable leather for our products (meaning it is leather not created for our products but a by product of other industries). Our leather is also vegetable tanned (meaning natural materials are used in the tanning process).

Products will take on a natural patina and wear with use. Clean with a cloth if needed. Do not get leather products wet. Keep them out of the sun, treat them gently and they will last you a long, long time.

Shipping + Handling

Orders are packaged and shipped within 5 days of purchase. (This does not apply for personalized orders-contact us for that.) Orders will be shipped via priority mail (usually 2-3 days). International orders are shipped using first class international mail. Please reach out to inquire about expedited shipping.

Unscene Objects is not responsible for delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We do not offer refunds for any of these reasons.

Returns

We are a small shop, making super one-of-a-kind products. Because of this, we do not offer returns or refunds. Please be sure to carefully look at all product images, read all the measurements, and descriptions carefully before placing your order. We will do our utmost to describe and depict each unique product in detail. If for some reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, send us an email. If you want to exchange a product that you ordered we may accept unused products, on a case by case basis. We do not pay for return shipping. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to discuss any issue you may have.
